Kiamythos Films collects only the information needed to review inquiries, respond to potential projects, schedule calls, operate the website, and run limited studio tools such as event surveys.

Information You Provide
When you use the contact form, Kiamythos Films may receive your name, email address, organization or artist name, project type, timeline, budget range, message, links, references, and any details you choose to include.
When you use a footage request form, Kiamythos Films may receive identifying details about the event, date, time, location, requested footage, intended use, deadline, selected priority tier, payment acknowledgment, and a clear face photo used to help locate relevant footage.
Event Surveys (The SCEEN)
If you choose to complete an event survey for The SCEEN, Kiamythos Films may receive your responses and any information you include in the form fields.
Booking Links
Calls may be booked through TidyCal. If you use the booking link, TidyCal may process scheduling information under its own privacy terms.
Website Analytics
Kiamythos Films uses basic first-party analytics to understand page views, internal navigation, outbound link clicks, service selections, form starts, form submission status, scroll depth, named page-section visibility, time spent with a visible section, the last visible section before leaving, coarse device type, and country-level traffic patterns.
First-party analytics do not store contact-form text, footage-request details, uploaded files, raw IP addresses, or raw browser user-agent strings. A temporary anonymous session ID may be stored in session storage so visits during the same browser session can be counted together. Section analytics use public headings or section identifiers and rounded time values; they do not record keystrokes or field contents.
Kiamythos Films also uses Microsoft Clarity as essential, cookieless site measurement to create click and scroll heatmaps and privacy-masked interaction replays. A replay reconstructs page layout, scrolling, clicks, and pointer movement; it is not camera or screen-recorded video. All inquiry and footage-request forms are explicitly masked. Analytics and advertising storage are denied, and Clarity is not loaded when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. Cookieless reporting may treat separate page views as separate sessions. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Sharing
Kiamythos Films does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the site, receive form submissions, schedule calls, send invoices, process payment instructions, deliver project communication, or provide website-experience analytics.
Storage
Information may be stored in systems used to run this website and its tools, including Cloudflare services and a database used to store survey results.
Footage request face photos are sent with the internal notification email to support identification and are not intentionally stored as public website assets. Metadata about the request may be stored in Cloudflare services and accounting systems.
Retention
Inquiry and message details are retained only as long as needed for project communication, operational continuity, and reasonable follow-up, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
You can request deletion where appropriate. Deletion requests may require confirming enough information to locate the relevant records.
Microsoft states that standard Clarity replay data is retained for 30 days and heatmap data for up to 13 months; labeled or favourited replays may be retained longer.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect submitted information. No website or online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
